2024年11月5日至7日，北京师范大学智慧学习研究院副院长、北京师范大学原副校长陈光巨教授应邀赴菲律宾马尼拉参加“2024年联合国教科文组织国际教育规划研究所‘亚太区域教育规划：共同愿景及未来展望’区域会议”。本次会议由联合国教科文组织国际教育规划研究所（UNESCO IIEP）主办，东南亚教育部长教育创新与技术区域中心（SEAMEO INNOTECH）承办。会议聚焦教育公平与福祉、数字化治理及危机应对等关键议题，旨在通过探讨亚太地区教育规划与管理面临的挑战及应对措施，构建更广泛的教育规划区域合作网络及新模式。来自27个国家及地区的国际组织代表、教育官员、专家学者参加会议。 SEAMEO INNOTECH主任Leonor Magtilis Briones博士、联合国教科文组织菲律宾全国委员会秘书长Ivan Anthony S.
