陈光巨教授应邀出席联合国教科文组织国际教育规划研究所2024年区域会议

  2024年11月5日至7日,北京师范大学智慧学习研究院副院长、北京师范大学原副校长陈光巨教授应邀赴菲律宾马尼拉参加“2024年联合国教科文组织国际教育规划研究所‘亚太区域教育规划:共同愿景及未来展望’区域会议”。本次会议由联合国教科文组织国际教育规划研究所(UNESCO IIEP)主办,东南亚教育部长教育创新与技术区域中心(SEAMEO INNOTECH)承办。会议聚焦教育公平与福祉、数字化治理及危机应对等关键议题,旨在通过探讨亚太地区教育规划与管理面临的挑战及应对措施,构建更广泛的教育规划区域合作网络及新模式。来自27个国家及地区的国际组织代表、教育官员、专家学者参加会议。   SEAMEO INNOTECH主任Leonor Magtilis Briones博士、联合国教科文组织菲律宾全国委员会秘书长Ivan Anthony S. Henares先生、联合国教科文组织雅加达办公室教育部门负责人Santosh Khatri先生、UNESCO IIEP主任Martin Benavides博士作开幕致辞。陈光巨教授在“通过数字转型优化教育规划”专题讨论中,作题为“促进教育规划与数字化转型双向赋能:中国实践与经验”的报告。   报告中陈光巨教授与网龙网络公司研发的数字人协同合作,基于中国教育数字化转型实践经验,对促进数字化转型与教育规划双向赋能提出六点建议。报告指出,教育数字化转型过程中,首先应明确规划制定的决策流程、角色职责与落实策略,教育规划者与政策制定者要不断更新教育理念、提升数字素养。同时,建好用好数字化协作平台,形成数据驱动的决策体系。国际社会与区域伙伴应加强政策对话,深化数字教育国际合作,通过各类活动引导利益相关方形成共识,参与教育规划破解发展难题。   会后,陈光巨教授接受联合国教科文组织采访。他强调,在新技术快速更新的背景下,数字技术深刻影响人类思维方式与生产生活方式,推动着经济社会的全方位重塑和发展,数字化转型已成为世界范围内教育变革的重要发展方向。转型过程中,教育规划应坚持顶层设计与“摸着石头过河”相结合的原则,谨慎探索、开拓创新、稳妥推进。亚太区域伙伴应加强合作,开展联合研究,探索教育数字化转型的区域特点,并基于研究成果,实施数字素养提升及能力建设培训。 会议期间,陈光巨教授还与UNESCO IIEP主任Martin Benavides博士及其团队就合作项目进行沟通,并与马来西亚、老挝、孟加拉、马尔代夫、尼泊尔教育官员等交流潜在合作机会。  会议期间,陈光巨教授还与UNESCO IIEP主任Martin Benavides博士及其团队就合作项目进行沟通,并与马来西亚、老挝、孟加拉、马尔代夫、尼泊尔教育官员等交流潜在合作机会。
