International Scientific Conference:Forum on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence in Education

Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) holds the potential to address some of the most pressing challenges in education today, innovate teaching and learning practices, and accelerate progress towards Sustainable Development Goal Four (SDG 4). The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), affirms that the deployment of AI technologies in education should aim to enhance human capacities and to protect human rights for effective human-machine collaboration in life, learning and work. However, the swift advancements in technology also introduce numerous risks and challenges. Therefore, to steer this revolution in the right direction, this forum aims to hold discussion about how to harness AI’s potential for the realization of the Education 2030 Agenda, while ensuring its use in educational settings adheres to the fundamental principles of inclusion and equity.

In order to unlock the multifaceted effects of robotics and AI in the education, this forum invites all stake holders to tackle the breakthroughs introduced by AI technologies in educational environments, including the development of educational robotics and robots, AI empowered teacher education, the rollout of AI-generated content, etc. Scholars, researchers and practitioners from both educational and technical fields are welcome to contribute to broader conversations, as to share experiences and nurture future collaboration.
