Prof. Kanwar communicated with guests attending the conference
Prof. Kanwar highlighted that in the 21st century, the definition of illiteracy has shifted from the inability to read and write to a lack of learning and re-learning capabilities. Open education, empowered by technology, has pioneered innovative blended learning models that offer flexibility and accessibility, breaking down the barriers of time and space. This accessibility provides more convenient learning opportunities, which are instrumental in fostering a learning culture, promoting lifelong learning, and establishing a comprehensive and inclusive learning society ecosystem.
