* Please send a proof of your valid full-time student status (e.g. student ID card or transcript that shows your name, full-time doctoral student status, valid date) to CTE-STEM 2024 Secretariat at ctestem24@bnu.edu.cn. You will be charged at regular rate if you are unable to provide the supporting documents.
NOTES:
a) All fees are in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and non-refundable.
b) At least ONE author of accepted paper should complete the registration by 30 April, 2024 05:00pm (UTC +8) to ensure your paper can be included in conference proceedings. One author can register for at most THREE papers of CTE-STEM2024.
c) Conference fee covers (i) a conference bag, (ii) a name tag, (iii) a programme book, (iv) a networking dinner on 28 April, (v) three luncheons on 28-30 April, and (vi) break refreshments on 28-30 April.
d) Participation is not guaranteed until the full payment of the registration fee is received.

Registration fee is to be paid in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via online payment system.
2) Telegraphic Transfer
The registration fee can also be paid by telegraphic transfer to the bank account.
